The respect that we have for the history of Leesburg and the WO&D trail, that borders our property, motivated us to convert the former town dump site into a facility that hopes to enhance our community's sense of place. We have developed our own on-site water treatment facilities, with the capability of reclaiming 95% of the water used in the car wash and returning it to drinking level quality.
